Kearney Consulting have realigned itself to suit the current market place and have moved to concentrate entirely upon claims, dispute avoidance and litigation. We welcome the streamlining of our efforts to fully service our Client’s needs. This includes having available Claims Consultants, bespoke Arbitrators and Adjudicators, and Experts. In other words it becomes a “one stop shop” for all our Client’s in Construction and Civil Engineering in an effort to assist and break the current impasse in the credit crunch. We have been inventive in how we are approaching our Client’s, and we are now heavily involved in the International market. The practice has looked at its dimension, where it is involved and is now representing Clients in the UK, Ireland, West Indies, and Dubai, South Africa and further afield. This bodes well for the future, but more particularly that the expertise and experience the individual Directors and members of staff are obtaining throughout their various diverse tasks. In other words no longer does a Northern Ireland company have to go “off shore” to obtain assistance. It is here for all to assist you and to supply you with your necessary needs.
Furthermore the training division is now preparing in-house training for various Contractors, some who pair up together with other competitor and others who are big enough to have us talk with their staff on various matters of concern, some tailored and bespoke for those Clients.
