Kearney Consulting Ltd offer a range of professional services to the
Civil Engineering and Construction Industry throughout the UK and
internationally. They also assist solicitors, insures, public bodies
throughout the UK and internationally. The company was founded by
Adrian Kearney in 1995 and has two Directors, a Senior Associate in
charge, two Consultants, a Practice Managing Surveyor and a team of
Building and Quantity Surveyors as well as planning/programming consultants
at its disposal.
Adrian Kearney is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building
and has chaired the Institute in Ireland. He is also past chairman
of the CIOB Disputes Resolution and Chairman of the CIOB Disciplinary
Committee. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators
and is a skilled panel Arbitrator (Chartered) and Adjudicator.
The Associates have been drawn from a multi-disciplinary field,
and are led by Niall McGuinness who comes from a Civil Engineering
background who specialises in Project Management, Programming and
Civil Engineering in general. The team has a background in Surveying,
Quantity Surveying, estimating financial matters, accountancy, legal
matters and claims management.
The quality of staff and commitment of staff and working practices

Amongst others Adrian Kearney consults with Mr. Tony Bingham LLB
(Hons) FCIArb FCIOB, Barrister at Law. Formerly involved in construction,
Tony is a practising Barrister at the Construction Bar. He is a
specialist in resolving construction disputes and has wide experience
in all aspects of litigation and arbitral proceedings.
Practice has developed into handling UK wide clients, Republic
of Ireland clients and international clients. We are experienced
in the West Indies, South America and are now opening in the Middle
East to deal with international civil engineering schemes.
